· Ergonomics: enhance your physical office space with ergonomic assessment and practical tips to counter repetitive movements & postures

PROGRAM OPTIONS

· Flexible to your needs: weekly/fortnightly/monthly or on a casual basis

· Anything from a weekly one hour Yoga or Pilates class infused with meditation & breath work to a monthly half day session including mini-physio & massage consults

· Option of an initial ergonomic assessment with ongoing practical tips

· Team bonding activities such a games or activities out of the office could be held once a quarter

NOTE: Yoga & Pilates services may also be done ONLINE. The COVID-19 pandemic has proven that online sessions have remained beneficial and have enhanced team morale in challenging times.
