Yoga inherently places high value on self-awareness— it is a key concept of the practice. As a Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, a solid Exercise Physiology background, and a specialty in Therapeutic Yoga, Renée is passionate about promoting that self-awareness in the yoga community. She truly believes that by learning some key practical elements, anyone can help rehabilitate & prevent injuries, in yoga & in daily life.

This workshop series is offered as a general format to suit all levels, and also as a Masterclass specifically designed for yoga teachers. Costs and timing can be negotiated to the benefit of all involved.
